Multivit Men with panax ginseng is a dietary supplement for men. It contains a complex of selected vitamins and minerals with a broad spectrum of effects.
Vitamins C, A and D as well as zinc help in the proper functioning of the immune system. Zinc additionally helps to maintain normal testosterone levels in the blood. Manganese, vitamin E help to protect cells from oxidative stress. Magnesium helps in the normal functioning of muscles and in the normal synthesis of protein. Niacin, vitamins B6 and B12 help to reduce feelings of tiredness and fatigue. They help in the normal functioning of the renal system and in maintaining normal psychological functions. Folate helps in the normal production of blood and riboflavin helps in the maintenance of normal red blood cells. Vitamin K helps to maintain healthy bones, and magnesium and vitamin D healthy bones and teeth. Iodine, copper and manganese contribute to the maintenance of normal energy metabolism. Vitamin C supports the normal production of collagen for the proper functioning of skin, bones, cartilage, gums and teeth. Chromium contributes to the normal metabolism of macronutrients. Pantothenic acid helps to maintain mental performance at a normal level. Iron contributes to the proper transport of oxygen in the body and to maintaining normal cognitive functions. Selenium contributes to the normal course of spermatogenesis. Panax ginseng helps to maintain optimum stamina, a sense of energy and vitality.

Recommended daily allowance: Take 1 capsule 2 times a day with a meal. Wash down with water (250 ml). The recommended daily serving is 2 capsules. Consume for no longer than 3 months.

Precautions: Do not exceed the recommended daily serving. Do not use if you are allergic to any of the ingredients. The product should not be consumed by children, pregnant or breastfeeding women, or people taking anticoagulants containing vitamin K antagonists (e.g. warfarin and acenocoumarol). Before use, it is advisable to take a 25-(OH)D test in the blood and to consult the test result with a doctor or pharmacist.
The product may not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. It is important to maintain a healthy lifestyle and a balanced diet.

Storage conditions: Protect from light. Store at room temperature, in a dry place, out of the reach of small children. Once opened, the product should be stored in the refrigerator.
