What are the payment methods for purchases in the store, payment by bank transfer ?

• by transferring money directly to the Seller’s bank account – the Seller proceeds with the order as soon as the contract is concluded and the funds are credited to its bank account,
• “cash on delivery”- the User pays for the product delivered to them directly into the hands of the product supplier, (Available only for orders in Poland)
• using online transfers made available via Przelewy24.pl. (Available only for orders in Poland)

Can I place my order by phone ?

Unfortunately, the order can only be placed in the store via the order form.

Can I use helpline ?

How long will I have to wait for my order ?

The dispatch time of the products is a maximum of 1 working day from the day of the conclusion of the contract or the receipt of funds into the Seller’s bank account.

Is there a free delivery option ?

Yes, for purchases over PLN 199. (Available only for orders in Poland)

Can I return a purchased item ?

Yes, within 14 days of the conclusion of the contract, in accordance with §3 of the store’s Rules and Regulations.
