Adaptal™ contains a mixture of highly concentrated extracts and vitamins enclosed in vegetable capsule. The composition has been enriched with BioPerine® black pepper extract. Ashwagandha, Siberian ginseng and Schisandra have adaptogenic properties. Adaptogens are plant substances that help to reduce the effects of stress and to adapt the body to adverse environmental conditions. In addition, ashwagandha helps to maintain physical and mental abilities in case of weakness and fatigue, and Siberian ginseng supports the body in fatigue and convalescence as well as contributes to optimal mental and cognitive activity. Maral root supports immunity and supports the body’s adaptation to extreme and stressful situations. Rhodiola helps to stimulate and improve the mental state and has beneficial effects on sleep difficulties, lack of appetite and reduced productivity at work. Vitamin B6 helps in the proper functioning of the nervous system.

Recommended dose of the product for consumption during the day necessary to obtain the beneficial effects of the product: Consume 1 capsule a day. Wash down with water (250 ml). The recommended daily dose is 1 capsule. Take capsules for no longer than 3 months.
