EAA GymFood™ contains ingredients that supplement our diet with essential exogenous amino acids, i.e. those that the human body cannot produce on its own. EAA GymFood™ will provide a set of long-chain amino acids: leucine, valine, isoleucine and others, such as: lysine, threonine, phenylalanine, methionine, arginine, histidine and tryptophan.

Recommended daily allowance: Consume 1 serving of 11 g (2 scoops of powder) once a day, for example after training. Measuring scoop included in the packaging. The recommended daily allowance is 11 g.

How to use: Pour a serving of 11 g (2 scoops of powder) into 200 ml of water and mix. Consume immediately after preparation.
