Boron is a chemical element included in the group of trace elements. Boron occurs naturally in the human body – bones, spleen and thyroid gland.
Recommended daily allowance: Take 1 capsule a day with a meal. Wash down with water (250 ml). The recommended daily serving is 1 capsule.
