Citicoline is a substance naturally found in the brain. It is a precursor of phosphatidylcholine, the building block of phospholipids in cell membranes. Black pepper supports the functioning of the nervous system.

Recommended daily allowance necessary to achieve the beneficial effects of the product: Take 1 capsule 2 times a day with a meal. Wash down with water (250 ml). The recommended daily serving is 2 capsules.
