Collagen + Ashwagandha Beauty Complex is a dietary supplement using a synergistic combination of ashwagandha, collagen, hyaluronic acid, biotin and zinc. Ashwagandha helps maintain healthy skin. Collagen is a protein found in the human body. It is the main component of connective tissue. It is a part of not only the skin, but also tendons, hair, bones, nails and joints. Recommended daily serving of the product necessary to obtain the beneficial effect of the product: Take 2 capsules a day with a meal. Wash down with water (250 ml). The recommended daily serving is 2 capsules.
