Burdock, also known as Arctium lappa, is an herbaceous plant found in Europe and Asia. It is characterised by its large, heart-shaped leaves and specific purple flowers that attract insects. Burdock is also known for its properties: it helps maintain healthy skin and supports the body’s natural immunity. In addition, it supports digestion, including supporting the digestion of fats and helping to maintain normal blood glucose levels.

Recommended daily allowance necessary to achieve the beneficial effects of the product: Take 1 capsule a day. Wash down with water (250 ml). The recommended daily serving is 1 capsule.
