Ingredients: Himalayan shilajit extract standardised to 20% fulvic acids, cellulose capsule: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, BioPerine® – black pepper fruit extract standardised to 95% piperine.

Recommended daily allowance of the product necessary to obtain a beneficial effect of the product: Consume 1 capsule a day, 1 hour before a meal. Wash down with water (250 ml). The recommended daily allowance is 1 capsule.
