Omega 3-6-9 contains Omega 3 unsaturated fatty acids – EPA, DHA, ALA, Omega 6 – LA and Omega 9 – OA. The composition is enriched with Vitamin E, which helps to protect cells against oxidative stress. EPA and DHA acids contribute to the proper functioning of the heart. The beneficial effect is obtained when 250 mg of EPA and DHA is consumed daily. In addition, DHA acid contributes to maintaining normal brain function and proper vision. The beneficial effect is obtained when 250 mg of DHA is consumed daily. Alpha-linolenic acid (ALA) and linoleic acid (LA) help to maintain normal blood cholesterol levels. The beneficial effect is obtained when 2 g of ALA and 10 g of LA is consumed daily.

Ingredients: Fish oil (fish), flax seed oil, sunflower seed oil, capsule shell: gelatin, humectant: glycerol, water, vitamin E (DL-alpha-tocopheryl acetate).
