Pre-Workout Plus GymFood (energy drink) is a pre-workout formula in the form of a shot. It contains citrulline, EAA, i.e. a set of essential, exogenous amino acids, caffeine, creatine, beta alanine, taurine and vitamins and minerals. Caffeine supports physical performance and endurance during exercise. It helps increase alertness measured as reaction speed and concentration. Vitamin C helps in the proper functioning of the nervous system and in the proper production of collagen to ensure the proper functioning of bones and cartilage.
