It contains citrulline, EAA, i.e. a set of essential, exogenous amino acids, caffeine, creatine, beta alanine, taurine and vitamins and minerals. Caffeine supports physical performance and endurance during exercise. It helps increase alertness measured as reaction speed and concentration. Vitamin C helps in the proper functioning of the nervous system and in the proper production of collagen to ensure the proper functioning of bones and cartilage. Vitamin C reduces the feeling of tiredness and fatigue. Vitamin B6 contributes to maintaining proper protein and glycogen metabolism. It also helps in the proper synthesis of cysteine.
