Organic selenium contains an organic, bioavailable form of selenium. The composition was enriched with BioPerine® black pepper extract, and the whole was enclosed in vegetable capsule. Black pepper supports digestion and nutrient absorption. Selenium helps to maintain healthy hair and nails. It also helps in the proper functioning of the immune system and the thyroid gland. Selenium and vitamin E help to protect cells against oxidative stress.

Recommended daily allowance of the product necessary to obtain a beneficial effect of the product: Consume 1 capsule a day during a meal. Wash down with water (250 ml). The recommended daily allowance is 1 capsule.
