Recommended daily allowance necessary to obtain the beneficial effect of the product: Consume 1 serving of 30 g (1.5 scoops of powder) once or twice a day. Measuring scoop included in the packaging. The recommended daily allowance is 30 g or 60 g, depending on individual needs.
How to use: Pour a 30 g serving (1.5 scoops of powder) of the product into 200 ml of water or skimmed milk and mix. Consume immediately after preparation.
