Glycine is one of the simplest protein amino acids. Glycine is present in all tissues and organs of the human body.

Recommended daily allowance: Take 1 capsule 2 times a day. Wash down with water (250 ml). The recommended daily serving is 2 capsules.

Precautions: Do not exceed the recommended daily serving. Do not use if you are allergic to any of the ingredients. Product for adults. Do not use in children, pregnant or lactating women.
