The ground elder (Aegopodium podagraria L.), also known as herb gerard, is a plant of the celery family. It is very widespread and present in almost all corners of Europe, excluding the very cold north and hot south, as well as in Asia. It was not until the turn of the 20th century that goutweed became popular. Johann Kunzle, a well-known herbalist and priest, contributed to this. Ground elder supports the functioning of the liver, kidneys and digestive tract.

Recommended daily allowance necessary to achieve the beneficial effects of the product: Take 1 capsule a day. Wash down with water (250 ml). The recommended daily serving is 1 capsule.
