The shiitake mushroom, otherwise known as Chinese black mushroom, is found in areas of East Asia. These brown and fleshy mushrooms are highly valued and used in Far Eastern culture.

Recommended daily serving: Take 1 capsule a day. Wash down with water (250 ml). The recommended daily serving is 1 capsule.

Precautions: Do not exceed the recommended daily serving. Do not use if you are allergic to any of the ingredients. Product for adults. Do not use in children, pregnant or lactating women. The product may not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. It is important to maintain a healthy lifestyle and balanced diet.
