ZMg + B6 Active GymFood™ is a composition of bioavailable, organic zinc and magnesium and the active form of vitamin B6 in the form of pyridoxalo-5-phosphate. Zinc helps maintain healthy skin, hair, nails and helps maintain healthy bones.
