4joints™ contains a mixture of extracts, vitamins and minerals enclosed in vegetable capsule. The composition has been enriched with BioPerine® black pepper extract. Black pepper supports digestion and nutrient absorption as well as enhances the effectiveness of herbal ingredients. Devil’s claw, Indian olibanum and turmeric help to maintain the health and flexibility of the joints. Bay laurel has an antioxidant effect. Turmeric supports the immune system and helps to maintain the health of the liver and its proper functioning. Baikal skullcap protects tendons and contributes to the proper functioning of skeletal muscles in normal physical activity and when playing sports. Manganese helps in the formation of connective tissues, and vitamin D helps to maintain healthy bones and is involved in cell division.

Recommended dose of the product for consumption during the day necessary to obtain the beneficial effects of the product: Take 1 capsule 2 times a day. Wash down with water (250 ml). The recommended daily dose is 2 capsules.
