5-MTHF Methyl Folate 600 pg is a dietary supplement containing active folic acid in the form of calcium L-methylfolate. Calcium L-methylfolate is an active, crystalline and methylated form of folic acid that is available to the body immediately after consumption, without the need for further metabolic changes. Contrary to consuming regular folic acid, consumption of calcium L-methylfolate shows greater bioavailability and does not mask vitamin B12 deficiency. *Chicory inulin contributes to the normal functioning of the bowels by increasing the frequency of defecation. Beneficial effects occur with a daily consumption of 12g of chicory inulin. A serving of the product provides 260 mg of inulin. The folates contribute to the growth of maternal tissues during pregnancy, they help in the normal production of blood and the synthesis of amino acids, contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue and are involved in the process of cell division. The folates also help in the proper functioning of the immune system and in maintaining normal psychological functions.

Recommended daily allowance of the product necessary to obtain a beneficial effect of the product: Consume 1 capsule a day during a meal. Wash down with water (250 ml). The recommended daily allowance is 1 capsule.
